You have full benefits so thats pretty awesome.
The benefits are a joke. Anyone who says otherwise was either told to do so or has never been employed before.
Benefits??????? Hahahhaha no benefits whatsoever. No paid time off, no paid sick days, if you’re a woman and are pregnant, they wont pay you maternity leave good luck with probably not having a job if you decide to leave for 2-3 months. Once you go back to work you wont see a commission in a long time. This company is a joke.
The match of the 401k is not the same match yearly. The health insurance package could improve along with the life insurance package as well. Overall it’s decent.
You can get as much or as little as you like. It’s pretty much up to you. Just remember to do it right away, they don’t remind you.
Best thing - flexible and high coverage Worst thing - must wait 90 days
The perks are from top to bottom you are offered the best of everything they invest everything into you as you are family
To start off you do t get paid for 2 months. And because of the pay plan you don't know if you made any real $ intill you get your check. You get charged for every little thing and the company managers do not.
The insurance options aren’t awful. The biggest drawback is no vacation or personal time and 401k is not matched.
No PTO. Everything else is wonderful. Personal life and work life time is very balanced.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
