To start off you do t get paid for 2 months. And because of the pay plan you don't know if you made any real $ intill you get your check. You get charged for every little thing and the company managers do not.
The insurance options aren’t awful. The biggest drawback is no vacation or personal time and 401k is not matched.
No PTO. Everything else is wonderful. Personal life and work life time is very balanced.

You can earn paid time off. You can make as much money as you want as long as you are willing to work for it. The bonuses and spiffs are outstanding. The training process and learning process are the best I've ever been a part of.
No vacation and time off pay. I believe there is a 401k, medical is decent not great.
