    Great company model, however commissions are always being lowered which makes it hard to keep on as a full time job. Few people earn 75k and above. Everyone else is 24-60k

    Horrible health coverage. Went for a chest X-ray they wanted $169. Keep in mind this company does not pay you. I told them I’d rather die then get the chest x Ray.

    Health insurance is a JOKE ITS EXPENSIVE ESPECIALLY if you have a family it’s about 400 coming out your draw checks If you are pregnant don’t expect paid leave they don’t have that. If you are pregnant make sure you are ready to ask people to take your shifts and play roster chess just so that you can have you child. I was pregnant and I was told to get my shifts covered. If father they don’t care your wife is having a baby. They expect you at work make sure you get those shifts covered There is NO PAID TIME OFF. That is a joke There are no sick days. If you are sick you better have a doctors note or you get written up. Do not let the recruiter tell you that it’s so easy to get days off to get a vacation. That’s a lie you have to make deals with devils just to get a few days off. Everyone is about themselves especially in this market SG. After about a year you are able to make roster request and only if you are a high performer you actually get those request granted

    Benefits??????? Hahahhaha no benefits whatsoever. No paid time off, no paid sick days, if you’re a woman and are pregnant, they wont pay you maternity leave good luck with probably not having a job if you decide to leave for 2-3 months. Once you go back to work you wont see a commission in a long time. This company is a joke.

    The match of the 401k is not the same match yearly. The health insurance package could improve along with the life insurance package as well. Overall it’s decent.
