Best: Comprehensive health benefits package Worst: Short-term Disability is the only paid maternity leave option offered, and you have to pay for your health benefits while on leave (as opposed to when you return)
Health insurance, dental, vision, 401k, FSA (I think that's what it's called), PTO days are decent, maternity leave, it's my first job so everything seems great to me since I have nothing to compare it to.
