There is not much to say. They did not have one that anyone could afford

Health insurance at the time was basically useless, was expensive and didn't offer major medical. I would strongly advise comparing it directly to 3rd party options before signing up for it.

Insurance plan was not even an actual medical plan it was only a supplemental medical insurance plan the dental was decent
