I think their vacation plan is great! I have no complaints!
Not enough sick or vacation time. If one had FMLA, you were on the radar for termination
Standard - can use as accrued, no waiting and doesn't have to be used in full segments, also allowed non paid time off frequently if needed. Very flexible schedule
paid time off gets applied to your days you are sick. so even if you dont want to use it ad you are late or sick, they take it from you. paid holidays do not include easter nor 4th of july. paid vacation is a joke because you will get denied half the time and you email the human resource dept that denied you and they never reply back.
