Training through CARD is second to none. There is a lot of time spent on entry level positions all through supervisory based positions.

The training is great because it's not through the company. Its RBT and BCAT certifications, they will pay for it however they will force you into a contract to work for them at least 6 months -1 year.

Your BCAT (Board certified autism technician) training is free with contract and they pay for the first time you take the test. They aslo play for RBT (Registered behavior technician) training but you pay the test fee

The proposed training was 40 hours of online videos where we were paid minimum wage(which was under 8.00) then we had overlaps which was bacically us watching therapists work with clients for almost a week, then we did our own therapies with the clients with supervision.

Training if you work at their corporate office is pretty good. Training as a therapist very poor.

The trainning is done on your own for therapist 1. They offer trainning for those who want to level up but you have to sign a year long contract (not sure if it's more or less) in order to get the trainning for free.
