    I honestly cannot say because I opted out of this option since I was enrolled under my parents' insurance. They did send a somewhat detailed pdf describing the different plans offered. In my opinion they were high deductible, but the information was there before you were asked to make a choice.

I only work part-time so I did not receive any health insurance or benefits. I think that once you switch to full-time you can sign up for these things.
