One of the best benefits packages I have ever seen
Really robust health, dental, and vision insurance packages. The Center really cares about taking care of employees in this way. Many employees seem to struggle with taking advantage of all of the services, but that's likely true anywhere.
Very generous health insurance program. Best I've seen in a non-profit or for-profit company. Also provides dental, eye care and life insurance. The 403(b) package is generous (5% base contribution + up to 2% match). Various smaller benefits (commuter subsidy, etc.). Allows some work from home, unpaid leave and sabaticals.
Very generous benefits. Many, especially those in good health, tend to underestimate the true value of an employer offering a strong benefits package. This is one of the strongest out there, and while there is some burden on the employee to manage the paperwork, the end result is minimal outlay. Have observed above and beyond compassion, generosity for employees with serious health issues.
The benefits package is great. Wonderful, dental, vision, and health insurance. A large deductible, but the Center chips in to cover most of it. Also, sick and vacation time is fair and flexible.
Very flexible in allowing work from home. Very stingy retirement with long waiting period. Complicated and expensive health care. Little PTO compared to similar organizations.
Very good benefits package although the health insurance seems to be unnecessarily complicated.
The best part about the benefits package is good health benefits, 401K, Life insurance, vision, dental, etc. Also we have 3 weeks vacation which is pretty decent. I'm not sure the worst thing, benefits seem really good for a nonprofit.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
