Great environment to work in ,great people in the floor
401k, vacation (accrued), health insurance
The best thing is that there is a pension plan . I dont know if new employees get that benefit but the older employees do.
6% 401k match, 5% pension fully vested after 3 years. 2 weeks of vacation starting and 6 weeks of 100% paid sick days. Bonus at end of the year. Medical, dental, and vision insurance and some other benfits decent companies would typically provide
Great benefits! Great tuition reimbursement and professional development programs.
We can only use three of our sick days to care for a family member. I have one child that I have to take to the doctor a lot. After I use those three, then I have to use vacation time. That or lie that I'm sick and I'm not going to do that. Just a bummer.
6% 401k match 7% avg bonus (depends on performance) 5% pension plan $5500 yearly tuition assistance HSA Matching
401k and medical b benefits
It's still a very competitive tool to obtain/keep skilled employees, does make me not want to leave
