Great benefits! Great tuition reimbursement and professional development programs.
We can only use three of our sick days to care for a family member. I have one child that I have to take to the doctor a lot. After I use those three, then I have to use vacation time. That or lie that I'm sick and I'm not going to do that. Just a bummer.

The benefits are great
Good benefits but expensive deductibles
I good balance between work and personal life, no problem getting off for family issues or problems. Generous retirement and above average pay.
Offers the buffet of benefits that everyone is promised in salary positions. Retirement, longterm disability, 401k, health and life insurance, etc. This company was made to retire from. They do automatic deposits to wherever you'd like. If you want an account on the side after paying monthly bills, it's easy and a good way to save independently.
Interns do not have benefits at CenterPoint Energy. I hear they have pretty good benefits for full time employees.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
