Centerline does a great job with overall benefits package! Great health insurance, free fitness memberships, free lunch on Fridays, unlimited snacks, 401k matching programs, sit stand desks and a good amount of PTO.
Although you're expected to work overtime often without compensation, the benefits are great. Fully covered health insurance, great food and drinks, a full bar, free gym memberships—gym, yoga, etc., great office location, casual dress, 100% donation matching, etc.
Profit sharing was nice but not reliable. Health insurance plans were decent and priced well.
I have a neutral outlook on this. I guess the 401k matching plan was generous.
