401k and several health plans to choose from. Dental is very good. Monthly premium a little expensive but good for employees and their family members
Good dental, no parking, traffic
Best: flexible hours and work from home option; Worst: must use accrued sick leave for paid time off after having or adopting a child.
Getting hired full time need to fix the system.
3 weeks vacation, 2 weeks sick leave, flexible work schedules, telework, pension, 401k (TSP) matching, gym on campus, training funds, family health insurance that you can keep even after you retire
