Great benefits for a small company: VERY generous vacation time, 11 paid holidays a year, great health insurance with all kinds of perks like over the phone nurse consultations. Dental is okay, but that's more on the dental provider than CCAH. Full gym on site, outside gym membership reimbursement. Free access to Lynda educational courses, tuition assistance. A golden retirement plan! The company is constantly striving to explore other benefit options to keep employees happy, including alternative schedules, telecommuting, ride sharing etc. No large company I have worked for included as many perks, plus a healthy and friendly working environment.
Fantastic benefits--they give 10% of your salary over to your retirement account regardless of matching, gym membership, company cars for work-travel, and 21 days vacation to start.
