“It's an average health care package. I will say that it's the only place I've worked that bills you for what the insurance & co-pay doesn't cover.”
“I haven't been offered this benefit even though I'm qualified.”
“Mandated time off for some.”
good health insurance plan and wellness discounts. i like the tuition reimbursement too.
Best selection worst price
Wellness credit and affordable ins. Mandated time off for management and office staff.
I worked PRN and was not offered any benefits. I guess they could be good, but I'm not sure.
Normal raises aren't the norm here. They do bonuses based on patient satisfaction scores which as you can see they claim they're high. In our pre-shift meetings they tell us they're terrible so I haven't seen a raise or a bonus and yet where I came from I've always been rated 4.5 to 5.0.
Good benefits... 3.5 weeks of PTO, 4% 401K match after 1 year, fair health insurance premiums including vision and dental. No ceu reimbursement and no tuition reimbursement
3.5 weeks pto, 4% 401k match,
401K matching is decent, Heath benefits are only good if you use their facilities for treatment
Very strict about biometric screenings for wellness discount. I missed mine because my father was sick and they would not let me do it and I lost my discount for the year.
No perks really, insurance is exspensive, wages are low, you live off PTO and the 401k is a 3% match
