    The health insurance is extremely expensive and will force employees to leave because they won't be able to afford having any type of surgery or event.

    You earn vacation time faster,m then it can be used. I have never dropped below 3 weeks of time on my books. You would have to call out sick a lot to use a significant chunk of it.

    Health insurance is decent. Offers a variety of benefits such as medical, dental, vision care, hsa savings account and retirement plan.

    Health Insurance is pretty good as long as you use CMMC facilities. Retirement match is a small 2.5%, no maternity leave benefits and STD is 100% employee paid and unaffordable for most.

    Wellness program participation decreases cost of health insurance. BEST Sick time paid at 60% only after using set am't of vacation time. WORST

    Great prescription benefits, good health, mandatory participation by ALL family members in adjunct health counseling program to receive discounted premiums. Old style cafeteria/flexible spending plan that enforces the individuals' responsibility to provide documentation for expenses, and passes judgment on those expenses as valid or invalid ahead of the IRS.
