80 + hours of vacation time every year if you have a full time position. Cheap health insurance, but have to submit a screening.
The best thing was scheduling vacations and days off way in advance - they were very flexible and helpful with those opportunities.
Great benefits package, the vacation benefit could be better.
Excellent resources provided by HEB. Part-time employees don't receive the same benefits as full-timers, but there are some good perks including a store discount, free turkey at Thanksgiving and a $100 bill at Christmas.
Great benefits including your typical medical, vision, and dental with other discounts for heb brands too
There are no benefits for a part-time employee. But I spoke to countless employees who stayed hourly, despite working 40 a week, because the benefits were so poor. It wasn't worth giving up their freedom to take time off for the benefits package.
Stock options and 401K are the bomb.
Eligible employees receive partner stock benefits. Most (possibly all) benefits are based on hours worked per year rather than employment status. There are also vacation cabins that are free to use (though tend to book up very fast).
Great benefits...health, purchase discounts, lodges. Absolutely above all competitors.
I have affordable health care....period.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
