Good benefits for salaried employees
variety, comprehensive, many choices to pick
No benefits for adjuncts, except flexibility.
Variety of options, health, dental, vision, life, retirement.
Benefits are decent but have high deductibles, and the premium cost is also high.
The hours are great if you have family
All the paid holidays, especially during December and everything being included before taxes
State benefits are great! The vacation & sick time can't be beat! Only con, must pay in to state employee retirement plan and you are only vested after 5 years. Otherw pay into the state employee retirement fund which you are completely vested
Multiple plans to choose from for all levels of care and situation, Dental, Vision and several other supplemental insurances available. Able to become member of State Employees Credit Union.
