“High cost for minimal coverage”
“It is average. It is good in the end.”
“It give the average pay holiday. ”
It is okay. Not good. They can give better benefit to keep employee. Hopefully they change it soon with the new owner.
Health insurance = expensive 401k = no match Vacation/Time off = extremely limited if you want a work-life balance Salaried employees work a 45/hour workweek (plus lunch) so 50 hours at the office total as a minimum.
Healthcare coverage is abysmal, expect to pay for a lot of your hospital bill if you get hurt or sick.
Medical barely covers anything, so not really a bennefit.
PTO was minimal - less than 10 days. No 401k match. Insurance was expensive and not the greatest. Minimal flexibility and no work from home option. Very poor work-life balance
Great overall benefits I would recommend most
Average Insurance benefits, tend to be more expensive than other large companies
I work for this company for 3 month and i do everything k was ask to do and they fire people with no reason when they dont need you, they dont pay overtime, aftwrs 55 hours they pay over but when you hit 55 hey change payment,to over road peyment there is no over time
I paid 350$ out of pocket for a medication I needed to live
You get benefits which is a pro. When you pay for them you're still paying Matty.
