The corporate office gives a fantastic training in the first week of work.
The training is all online and the videos and quizzes you have to watch and take are well done. I learned so much. It is a long process but if you work on it everyday for a week or two then you woll have it done.

My actual job training was good because of "Centria University" which several CSMs and VPs were involved in meeting you, teaching you, and asking questions. But this only teaches you basic things like how to navigate the EMR systems and how to deal with angry clients. It could have been more comprehensive about what you actually do instead of advising that you spend 4 hours on a Sunday making a schedule (LMAO).

It's a young company the is growing fast - it sometimes is making some mistakes in direct consequence to their rapid growth i.e., payroll dept. that can be prone to glitches. This company has excellent integrity and pays very well - in comparison to their competitors. I you have the chance, I strongly recommend joining the team.
