Self-managed PTO, 401k gateway, holiday trip for full-time employees
Centric provides an environment where work life balance is encouraged and their self managed PTO policy is directly supportive of this core value. Having the ability to flex your time in order to balance work needs alongside personal needs provides the ability to take time off without facing scrutiny or being unable to take time off due to lack of available vacation/sick time when unexpected personal needs occur in a year (illness, family needs, or other). The annual company trip for all full-time employees also supports a positive work place culture and time to get away all supported by the organization. The company also provides profit sharing bonuses, 401k contributions to contribute to overall income growth.
Centric has very well thought out benefits package that incorporates flexibility for employee's to be able to live their version of life knowing that its different for everyone!
The unlimited time off was nice, however with an expectation of a certain utilization, it was unclear how time off would impact bonus opportunities.

Unlimited PTO is great. No company match for 401K is worst and bonuses are inconsistent
Standard health insurance -- Overall happy with the coverage provided, although it is fairly expensive. Bonuses are performance based which is appreciated and they are solid. Overall compensation is good, given you do not have to travel
It doesn't suck too bad
