Centric offers unlimited / self-managed vacation
Vacation time is self managed which is a perk because you can take more or less as needed each year as long as it's reasonable. No 401k matching. Health insurance plan is solid but it's really expensive if you need to insure your spouse or spouse + kids. If just insuring yourself or yourself and your kids, it's probably comparable to other plan fees.
The medical insurance packages (2018) offered through Centric are not good. HIGH deductible family coverage is over $800/ month in premiums and doesn't offer many choices for physicians. It's the worst insurance I've ever had. I really think the organization could do better.
Benefits for Contractors are more or less non-existent.

The best thing is the flexibility with the time off policy. The worst thing are the health benefits. Compared to most other places I've been, the coverage is around the lowest with the cost being about the highest.
No one cared how much time to took off as long as you met your total annual billing hour goal.
Best- unlimited PTO as long as you keep up with assignments. Worst- No company matching funds for 401k, only small "gateway" contribution. Annual salary increase does not cover cost of living, so technically you lose money
Health Insurance: Pretty Standard HSA 401k & 401k profit sharing: So there is no matching which I find unsatisfactory. Instead there is profit sharing which based on years of experience you can become vested. I'd rather have a flat match and manage my own investments. Time Off: I love that I get self managed PTO, so if I need time off I can just take it -after letting people know of course!
Pretty good Health Insurance for single (expensive for family coverage), good bonus, lots of fringe benefits. 401(K) could see improvement. Unlimited time off is amazing.
