Employee Managed PTO is great. Annual profit sharing bonus is great. Annual holiday party trip is great. Annual compensation is good.
Pretty good Health Insurance for single (expensive for family coverage), good bonus, lots of fringe benefits. 401(K) could see improvement. Unlimited time off is amazing.
All around fair benefits package. The trade off is that we do not get the big company matching dollars like very large corporations provide.
Solid package overall. 401K is a bit weak from a matching standpoint, but is more than made up with the overall company culture, time off policy, etc. Great organization that I'm proud to be a part of.
One of the unique benefits provided by Centric is the unlimited PTO policy. The healthcare benefits are by no means the best in the industry but I do like the HSA plan which Centric provides $100 a month to our HSA accounts. The 401k options are pretty standard and instead of a match they do a profit sharing bonus which is anywhere between 1-5% depending on the performance of the company.
Everytime I need to use it, it seems like everything is covered.

Flexible personal time off ( within reason) allows you to what is right for you, your clients and Centric. Holiday party is great. Health and Wellness benefits are good considering the company's size.
