I like the high-deductible Health Savings Account(HSA) health insurance option that was added a few years ago. I prefer paying lower premiums and covering "normal" costs with my HSA with added confidence my insurance is there to cover very large claims.

One of the nice benefits that Centric offers is a generous paid time off program, which allows employees to manage their time while taking in to account client responsibilities.
Best - Unlimited PTO, low/no increases in health insurance premiums, and good bonus structure. Worst - 401k is terrible.

They have an unlimited time off policy. This is nice and allows you to plan for your life accordingly, just make sure you get your work done that needs to be done.
