Depends on position
The company let's employes work from home, but seems to be inconsistent with who got to work from home and how often.
A lot of flexibility in your hours and location for work.
It's always a perk to work from home unless on a client site or at an in person team meeting.
Centric is 100% virtual, meaning there is no Centric "office" to report to. However, each consultant works for his or her individual client, so if your client doesn't want you to work from home, you won't be working from home.
This is all really dependent on the client. If the client allows work from home, Centric certainly allows it. If the client does not, you are expected to be on site.
Happy to travel to the client AND enjoy a remote work from home day
Most consultants are at clients sites but able to work from home at times.
Work from home as the client allows
workable arrangements have always been made available to employees desiring such arrangements
Its great to be able to work from home.
