It takes about a year to become part of a union. They do offer hotel benefits and amusement park benefits.
Health insurance packages are improving. 401k plan can be better. pto is pretty flexible. 4 weeks paid maternity leave. Company has slightly improved their benefits.
There are no benefits!!! The health insurance they offer is garbage. PTO is non exsistent , managers make you feel bad (or at least try to) when requesting time off or putting in for PTO

They offer discount for buying in their store, however they are very strict and will make you use the employees entrance every time you visit a store, even if of duty.
Unless you are a department manager or up, the benefits are not that great. I'm going on 2 years and only have 5 vacation days

Medical benefits are horrible and really expensive. I paid roughly 600.00 per month for medical. Vacation time was pretty basic 2 weeks to start but have to wait 5 years to gain 1 more week.
