The dental and the visual lower package is good and is cheap
This company did provide insurance regardless if the employees were part timers and there was paid vacation depending after a certain period the employee has made.
Very simply non exisitent. Offering the bare minimum by law. Plan only could work for kids living at home.
Benefits are horrible. $1100 - $1300 a month for two people to have health insurance? That is a rent payment! Life insurance is disgusting only offering 10k (doesn't even cover funeral costs)and you pay for it. Manager making $50k a year receives a 10k insurance policy screams you don't care. 10 years and you get an extra week of vacation? You should accrue a day every year. Management benefits are the same as LP hourly associate benefits. Not competitive to any company recruiting talent. Left after two years due to unrealistic expectations for position and salary. Recruited to a company that pays part of premium so benefits are $350 for a family instead of $13k of my salary because employer doesn't pay towards my insurance. 401k only matches 25% of a 1% deduction towards 401k, so a quarter towards a dollar. Never seen something like this and would not recommmed because of it. Do good right by your employees and this company could very well be top 100 great places to work.

They are taking steps to improve, but it's a long staircase. To sign up for the 401k (which you do not have access to your first year) I needed a log-in to review plans, but couldn't pick a plan without reviewing the options at the locked website. I eventually gave up. For health care, check to see if you could save money with Oscar or a similar insurer.
Health insurance is very expensive and changes plans often. 401K has employer match and generous bonus plan.
