    10 or 12 vacation days can't remember, 5 sick days. You do not get paid out for them. Vacation days do roll over

    Once a manager reaches 3 weeks of vacation, Century 21 Department stores never extends it to 4 weeks. The union employees get4 weeks but not the managers.
