As a long time employee this benefit was reduced. Judge for yourself 7 weeks maximum. Sounds great but that includes sick time and only if work permits. Most times that meant taking a computer with me on “vacation”. Your mileage may vary.

This was one of the biggest perks of the job and one of the only real reason I've not left. PTO and vacation benefits are really great for a call center job. You would be hard pressed to find better.

no vacation until you hit 6 months, and personal days are very few, the company will try to screw you over if you don't hit months or a year when the year rolls over to minimize the amount of days you get.

Now called flex time, it's "unlimited" time off but its totally up to your boss and there's no accrual.

Amazing benefit of having paid holidays off to spend with family and no longer of wages. Paid vacation and personal paid days as well.

They changed it from PTO to FTO FTO means "F time Off" I think... You cant acumulate time off... and you cant ask for time off, as it is suppost to be "resonable" time off. A total Schem
