Great RX benefits but very expensive premiums
The best or worst thing about the benefits package was that they have the worst benefits package if you select medical for yourself you have to pay $200 and when you see the doctor you still have a $900 co-pay.
Medical, dental, vision. 401k, but no matching. Work-from-home option with somewhat flexible schedule. Better than average amount of personal leave days.
Full coverage of benefits. Great!
The cost is the worst
Broad range of essential benefits for self and family
If I could give a zero, I would. The only medical insurance plans that are offered are high-deductible plans, and the employee-cost for those plans are ridiculous. Even with the best plan, you have to meet a $1,000 deductible. No 401K matching. They offer a discount to employees for Cenveo stock, but why buy stock when it's tanking? The only offering in the benefits package that's at least average standard is vacation time and holidays. But the rest? Below average, at best. Not sure if it can get any worse, which shows you exactly how much they value their employees. Don't believe me? Read the reviews.
Good time off, generous work remote package.
Very stingy...only 5 days leave the first year for everything. Company only kicks in for medical, no 401k contribution, not even dental or vision. About as cheapskate as you can get without being a freelancer.
Increased by 300% . No 401K match. The deductibles are sky high and the coverage is awful. No company perks AT ALL.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
