The benefits are great! Very competative.
Company contribution to H.S.A. account ($500/yr for individual plan, more for family plan). Employee assistance program (EAP) through LifeWorks gives up to 10 visits free, but doesn't cover visits to psychologists.
3 weeks of paid time off beginning day one.
There are no company perks. They brought back 401K, so that is positive. Time off and vacation have decreased substantially and there is no roll over anymore. Health insurance is abysmal.
Benefits are acceptable and par for standard with most companies. Health options could be increased to add more heath options to better meet employees. Dental assistance should be increased. Vision is good. Medical is good not stellar, but if you follow the required steps the service is great.
Vacation is given from day one at the company. Always something going on at the Saint Petersburg campus. Nice place to work.
Excellent benefit package! Full range of offerings at affordable rates. User friendly enrollment materials and process. I don't dread enrollining each year.
Affordable health care and dental coverage plus generous paid time off policy. Of course, many employees don't use all their time off or still answer emails wheel on vacation.
Vacation was great for me because I got 6 weeks after 10 years. But they changed that policy. Not sure what it is now. Also, flexible hours, and working from home was nice. Worst, for many years no tuition reimbursement. I believe it's $2,000/yr now. Some classes start at $3,000. It's better than nothing, I guess
Ceridian provides a strong package of employee benefits. Full time employee US healthcare coverage is very competitive.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
