Cerner offers a 401(k) plan for eligible employees with some company match.
it was through fidelity during my tenure there, and it was overall relatively low fee, but did not have many options
Company match is Cerner stock only.
Great plan with very generous matching
Only a match. I didn't love that at all because when they know you're straight out of college, it's less likely you will be adding a significant amount. Would rather have had them put a fixed percentage into my 401k every paycheck
6% match, vested, 401k matched with company stock
Cerner matches 33% of what the employee contributes with Cerner stock. Industry standards are 50% to 100%. Cerner stock has been FLAT for the LAST FIVE YEARS. Example = Employee invests 6% in the 401K, the company matches 1.98% (not even 2%) which is not very good for a large company. An additional 2% may be added by Cerner "if fiscal goals are met." Being forced to hold the stock for 3 years was an awful rule that ended recently.
not enough options and takes too long to vest
Their 401k package is okay type.
Cerner provides solid health insurance plans. It has the in house gym/clinic and medicine store which helps greatly. It doesnt give annual bonus.
Match is not that great. We did not get a secondary match either.
