Good Health Insurance. Company first pays up to $80k then 80 -20 kicks in then 100%
Deductible is relatively low for a family, plus company contributes to HRA yearly.
The health insurance is the best perk at Cerner. Gyms, clinics, pharmacies all in house.
Incentives in place to reduce insurance cost
The premiums were reasonable, but the $3,000 yearly out-of-pocket was high.
Covers most of the broad areas of healthcare. But given the fact that you have to earn dollars towards Health reimbursement account is hard to keep up to at times.
Great healthcare plans, and on site clinics available on campus which was really nice! Also included a pharmacy.
