    Wasn't a parent but it seemed fine. They also offered in house day care children's classes if you had kids.

    I haven't used it but I hear Paternity is 2 weeks and Maternity is 6-8 weeks paid. There is also a partnership with local hospitals for affordable delivery.

    I am not sure what the maternity or paternity leave benefit information is. I worked with someone who used it and she seemed to feel it was about average for what other large companies offer.

    it has the standard leave for CA; however, employer tends to be quite nice about it
