onsite gym and pharmacy. great health plan
The insurance is great: onsite clinics at every campus have physicians, wellness coaches, a dietitian, chiropractor, pharmacy and therapists. They have a new service for employees called "Magellan", which is basically a personal assistant service. You can call in and ask for referrals, recommendations on plumbers/hair stylists, lots of crazy stuff like that. I think that's pretty cool, though I have yet to try that service or hear much about it. The deductible is low, the premiums are low and you can customize your insurance plan.
I feel the benefit package is good considering the company location. The dental and vision plans were good enough to cover basic needs.
It is easy to understand.
I'm young and recently married. Cerner has a great health plan from as far as I can tell. They offer Health, Eye, and Dental with a very reasonable out of pocket and they also have Primary Care clinics on site.
Can accrue up to 120 hrs of PTO within first year. Can roll over max of 50% of accrued pto.
Benefits are "ok". Pay is below national standard by at least 15%.
Health plan is good so long as you use the Employee Clinics and free gyms are nice.
Did not like the health insurance. Prescriptions were expensive.
401K is 50% matching up to 3%.
