Cerner offers great benefit packages to their employees and families. Including but not limited to 401k match, stock options, and health insurance discounts by completing activities to improve and maintain your overall health.

Benefits will end the very same day that you finish your employment agreement with Cerner. My wife suffered a miscarriage and needed and ultrasound a one day after I finished with them and they did not cover it. Although they take the money from your paycheck to cover expenses for two weeks, they will not prorate any claim that you may have after your end date. They never specify that in the orientation. They just tell you the good things about it.

Great health benefits and work life balance. 401k match could be a lot better and lags behind other companies.

I found it ironic that I worked for a medical software company and, as a contractor, had no medical benefits.

Excellent healthcare insurance options, vacation policy is fair, good 401K plan, matching dollars could be higher
