Cerner matches its 401 k contributions in Cerner stock. The outlook for the company is strong overall. Health insurance is great if you are in KC. I paid zero out of pocket for wellness checks and any prescriptions I had.

self insured company, still pay alot for family benefits and have little vesting until 3 years, rates for onsite childcare are sky high and entirely too long of a wait list for the daycares

Cerner offers great benefits. Along with all the benefits below it gives great health, dental and vision insurance. their retirement plan is also good

The stock grants and sign-on bonus was not upto my expectations . I did negotiate for a better bonus which they ended up giving a part of.

The Health Insurance is great if you reside in Kansas City. They have onsite NP's and PCP's available when you need it.

The ASPP stock program has been great. The maternity leave program was complicated and difficult to understand and had I not contacted HR to ask how to log my time sheet I would’ve lost 5 days of PTO. Having a clinic and gym onsite is really great.
