401k match is just OK (50% of up to 6%) unless you stay 6+ years, but the pension makes up for that. Health/dental insurance is standard. The best benefit is the health reimbursement account which covers many out of pocket costs every year. Vacation is comparable to many other companies.
Benefits are pretty good overall. You just have to make good decisions and learn quickly how the benefits work for your job.
Decent Healthcare but is very expensive if you have to visit out of network hospital. Weak 401k match and standard dental coverage.

Excellent onsite benefits like cafeteria, gym, modern office space, medical benefits, pension plan and 401k. Worst thing is only 2 weeks of vacation per year for the first 3 years. Many companies offer more. Unlimited sick days is nice unless you're someone who never gets sick then makes no difference.
