They have better benefits than most workplaces of this nature. You start with 2 weeks vacation but you don’t get the third week until your 5th year. They take safety super seriously which is nice. The hourly rate isn’t amazing but you get small raises every year like (2-3% usually) and when you average in the annual bonus it’s above average pay.
Cigna: Dental, Vision, and basic coverage with FSA. About $100-$150 a month. It is all in one package so there so no difference in premium payment between a young adult or employees in higher age range.

I really enjoy the pay highest in the warehouse and manufacturing around.
Health ins is expensive. 12 hr shifts. Pay is best in the area in this line of work. Only work 15 days a month unless taking overtime.
