To support you in planning for your financial future Certified offers you participation in our 401(k) Plan. All regular employees who have attained the age of 21 are eligible to enroll in our 401k Plan on the 1st of the month following 90 days of employment. Certified matches 100% of your first 6% of contribution and the company match vests immediately, there are no years of service requirements.

Certified’s Holiday schedule varies from Office to Office. The New York office celebrates seven (7) Holidays each year.
Paid-Time-Off (PTO) is an all-purpose time-off policy combining traditional vacation and sick leave into one flexible, paid time off policy. You can use PTO for vacation, illness, injury, and personal pursuits; you decide how you use your time. If you are a regular full-time employee you are eligible to earn and use PTO. PTO is earned based on years of service and accrues in hourly increments on a bi-weekly bases.
There are a variety of options/levels of health insurance available, as well as additional services, dental, vision, life insurance, and a great 401k match.
Excellent 401K match up to 6%
Good 401k, company matches up to 6%, vacation and time off are good, after 5 years of service employees getting 23 days of paid time off. Health insurance though could be better.
They match 100% up to 6% for your 401K. They also offer dental, vision, life insurance and Aflac. Holidays are off and paid for depending on the department you work in.

The benefits are good. There are three medical plans and two dental plans to choose from and they also offer coverage through Aflac. The 401k is phenomenal, the paid time off is good but the paid holidays could be better, we only get 7 paid holidays.
