Bonuses are available if you recruit a new hire, and they stay with the company for a prerequisite 3 and 6 months for different amounts. 401K eligibility after 1 year, but a biannual (Jan and Jul) meeting must be attended before enrollment. Company matches 100% up to 6% of your income.
