“CLI pays for health insurance for each employee, and the health insurance provides great coverage.”
Benefits are great coverage fully paid by company.
CLI has some of the best benefits I have ever had at a company. The health insurance is extremely affordable and comprehensive.
The company offers one of the best benefits packages I've ever received and pays for most of it. They have a free health insurance option and a buy up option which is very affordable. They even gave me 3 days PTO when a family member died, which was so generous and greatly appreciated.
Medical insurance. Even with all the help and advice you get, the medical/dental insurance industries are the worst to deal with. Luckily, other employees who have jumped through the hoops the the medical industry have helped me with my questions and concerns. I actually have gotten more help through work on how to make your way through the medical mumbo jumbo.
The best thing is that I am my own boss. I don't have benefits but I can work as many hours as I want or make as much money as I want.
There aren't any benefit packages as a contractor. I work as a Spanish Interpreter. The best package you get is freedom to connect and disconnect as you chose.
The benefits offered by CLI to employees are very generous.
Great company paid insurance, generous time off
They treat you like an actual person.
On top of the impressive healthcare benefits package (including dental & vision) you have a choice of getting a parking spot or a monthly Tri-Met public transportation pass (worth $100). There is a bus stop a 1-minute walk from the building.
