Overall the benefits are good. You have to either use your vacation time or earned time if you are going to be gone from work for any reason.
The cost of each "benefit" is costly. Subtracting each individual benefits cost from net rather than how it used to be a true benefit as it was a 'bonus' to accompany your salary.
Best is there is some kind of insurance, worst is doesn't get sick or you'll be bankrupt. 401k match is nice
Good benefits, very reasonable and inexpensive. 401k paid vacation and PTO is all pretty good.
401K matching program was good
Out of pocket max on insurance is high
Pretty good. Health, retirement, tuition assistance. Vacation now starts out at 12 days. Extra sick leave days.
The health insurance is not very good.
The 9/80 work week was really nice. Working 80 hours in 9 days was nice because it gave me an extra "weekday" every other weekend. The medical and dental, along with vision coverage was good. I liked how my salary was tied to work that I did - successful projects led to meaningful raises. It was good.
Good relocation allowance for interns. Very flexible work hours and vacation
