It's a small company. CMB offers very competitive 401K and health insurance benefits for a company its size. We've seen significant increases in the cost of health care in the US, but CMB has aggressively managed these costs. Most have been paid by the company. You don't see many companies this size with that philosophy.
Good health care coverage and overall benefits for a company this size, however, they can't compete with the benefits of larger companies in the Boston area especially when it comes to maternity/paternity leave.
Aggressive 401K matching (and company does a lot to encourage people to participate/free financial advice), lots of flexibility for certain positions re: working from home, vacation time is competitive - particularly if you stick around for a while, proactive/continual learning and training programs, snacks, free lunches, fun social events + community involvement, good company culture. Healthcare plan is strong but can be confusing/lots of paperwork involved.
