Small company so not the best insurance premiums. 3 weeks of vacation to start which is pretty good but the caveat is days like Christmas eve is considered a working day. Overall it is not bad and as the company grows packages can only get better.
Best part of the company perks is that there is flexibility to work from home, depending on your nature of work, of course. Health benefits are not bad, 401K is provided, you get a total of 18 days paid vacation. Overall no complains!
