401K is awesome. Health and dental average.
The best thing is that they offer the best salary. They are very good in keeping their employees happy.
They have a very good employee discount but that discount comes with working with poor management. I'm not just talking about one or two managers. They all go to the same training and they are all the same. Horrible!
Bonuses are a possibility if management likes you, 401k optional. Dental and Medical are available at an extremely high price.
Tuition discount for kid is awesome. Health insurance package is extremely expensive. You're told you have vacation days, but you're not supposed to use them.

Reasonable salary but you're at the mercy of your headmaster. Great child tuition benefits, if you have kids. Arbitary way of giving raise and bonuses - no specific guidelines.
Insurance was very comprehensive, and was much cheaper than a personal plan. There was also a matching program for retirement/401K.
