Benefits package is sufficient, but nothing surprising. 401K is matched, acceptable health insurance if you get the upgrade. Life , Dental, and Disability is okay.
The worst part about my employment package is my salary. The health benefit is medial and good be better. Also every new employer should be given an opportunity to review his or her educational death as part of an incentive for hiring.
The benefits are fairly standard. They begin immediately on employment. The worst thing is that your vacation is determined by the college and they tell you when you will be off from work. And they require you to work until Sunday when you have a week off, so you don't get the weekend before vacation off. It's not uncommon to receive multiple email requests when you are off too.
In addition to health insurance, and 401k you can also receive discounts for cellular service, computers, etc.
The paid time off is incredible and hard to find. The benefits are excellent. $500 deductible is almost unheard of.

Allowed to buy extra days, tuition incentive program are both pluses. They changed insurance packages to a more expensive program that also is more expensive out of pocket for doctors appointments and prescriptions.
