High Deductible Health plans with a good choice of network doctors and deductibles to choose from.
Health Benefits are poor, but PTO/Time Off is good.
Absolutely horrible health insurance option. They only offer High deductible plans and expect you to contribute to an HSA in order to make the difference. Prescriptions are also included in the deductble so you have to pay for prescriptions until you've met the deductible. The lowest deductible plan they offer for a couple is 3750.00.
For being a healthcare company? They sure didn't seem to offer anything for their employees in that realm. Especially for contract ones.
Fairly standard. HSA and FSA if needed.
It is very expensive. Even with Vitality
They are self-insured and use a High Deductible Health Plan. The company is split on if this is good or not. I prefer the copay style plans that we use to have. But, the company does give a generous yearly deposit to an HSA for you. So maybe it is better. Very hard to tell.
Its some great plans you really have to find the best one for you ! Its different for each person
They offer a package of benefits that is one of the best with a range of choices to meet employees' needs
High deductible, limited choices, fees continue to increase
