High Deductible Health Plan has a really high out of pocket maximum. Unless you have a major procedure, the plan will probably not pick up any of your expenses.
The best thing is there is selection, but all plans have a high level of complexity with deductibles for family and for individual. There are high deductible plans and traditional plans. The benefits department listens to what employees like/dislike about plans. It all cost quite a bit though and goes up every year while coverage declines.
