Cost for monthly premium high
Had a good time off policy (discretionary time off) but since the merger with Optum vacation policy is standard three weeks or more based on years of experience.
It was not good. Not even the bare minimum was provided.

Their benefits package was great!
Discretionary vacation time. 401k is average.
They really take care of their employees from a benefits perspective. Yearly salary reviews and bonuses. Purchasing perks are offered at discounted rates. 401k matching up to 6% with 4 year vesting. Unlimited PTO. Wide range of health care benefits offered.
