The have no sick leave earned only PTO. You cannot accumulate the PTO at year end so if you have an illness or surgery you have no sick leave to pay for your time off. It makes you want to not take vacation until the end of the year for fear you may get sick and need to take some days off. At the same time they will tell you not to come to work if you are sick...
15 days of PTO your first year. 18 days the following year.
Good benefit, love the felxibility
Basically, the management is open to everyone's work/life balance and family needs. No one has a complaint about this in the Seattle office!
They give you more than enough time for days off 22 PTO
Pto format plus 2 personal days
Ok for now until company decides to lower them.
You had to earn time off before you can use it.
You have to accrue your PTO. It is not given from the beginning of the year.
Fairly generous paid time off plan.
