Matching 401K, good health insurance (used to be 100%, but after company-wide layoffs and a move toward 'profitability', employees now pay), and flexible work from home.
401(k) match is weak and vested over 3 years. Medical benefits weak - I used my partner’s, mostly. Also they increased the employee contributions. Stingy w comp & benefits pkgs

They provide a 401k match up to 3% of your earnings. They also have a good health plan through Blue Cross BlueShield.
