The Health Insurance is amazing. Cannot be beat!
Excellent health and dental coverage that's 100% covered for the employee, 401k match is okay, PTO is decent but still isn't as competitive with other local tech companies, would be really nice if they implemented a tuition or certification reimbursement program or something similar...
Maternity/ Paternity Leave is huge. While it doesn't necessary fit my situation, it is excellent, and I'm glad we offer it.
