Health benefits were better than some
Time off was not much to start
Great vacation, 401k, health/dental insurance, and lots of PTO is encouraged. Definitely treat employees like family
Great benefits package in line with what the market bears
Company has fairly generous PTO policy that scales with years of service. Rolled out 12 weeks of paid maternity leave a few years ago, which I was able to take advantage of. Overall a fair benefits package.
Great vacation policy and competitive medical and 401k benefits
Benefits package very good.
Matching 401K, good health insurance (used to be 100%, but after company-wide layoffs and a move toward 'profitability', employees now pay), and flexible work from home.
401(k) match is weak and vested over 3 years. Medical benefits weak - I used my partner’s, mostly. Also they increased the employee contributions. Stingy w comp & benefits pkgs
