The company just started with a new Benefit Administrator. The benefits are not the best; however, they are comparable to corporate america.
Paid time off was good. Health Insurance and other benefits were good as well. I have had better PTO but that was at a different company in NY. It was a bit different and totally different industry.

Excellent benefits, generous vacation and sick leave. Holidays are rotated around employees and no one works all of them
Insurance is very expensive for nurses. Low pay and low benefits. Takes forever to get insurance and paid days off. Most nurses are gone before they even get any of their benefits. If the upper management would stand back and think about how much money and time wasted orienting people all the time they could hire enough staff and pay them decently...they would be ahead of the game.

I can't state much of the benefits package due to I'm using my spouse. But very impress with the 403 Plan.
