Good health benefits with moderately high deductibles. Vacation paid time off is OK, but not great. Unlimited sick days for salaried employees.
While we work long hours, the overtime pay really makes it worth the time. I don’t have kids so this lifestyle works for me but I know people with children and active lives outside of work often struggle with the amount of time put into this kind of work.

Worst thing is sick time cannot be carried over- it must is paid out at the end of the year. Only one week of vacation can be carried over.
