3 weeks vacation (4 weeks after 5 years for salaried employees or 10 years for hourly employees). 7 Holidays, sometimes bonus days off added by the CEO near holiday weekends (maybe twice each year). 3.5 floating holiday, 5 sick/personal days, 1 volunteer day. All days off available on January 1st, 40 hrs vacation may be rolled over to the next year. Full benefits (medical, vision, dental, etc.), retirement, and tuition assistance available.
