    I love that Schwab offers separate sick leave and vacation. Plus, every 5 years, employees receive a sabbatical. You can also roll over unused vacation time.

    You receive 8 hours PTO every month. However, you have to accrue that time. So if you take a vacation in that month you get no PTO hours. They just recently changed this. You used to receive the time every month regardless.
