    Their matching contributions are the best around. One of the legacy traditions from their MIT roots I believe.

    It's a 403b since Draper is a not-for-profit. You put in 5%, they put in 10%.

    Draper is a non-profit and offers a 403b plan instead of a 401k. This plan is supplemental to the core retirement plans.

    they put in $2 for $1 for the first 5% of your salary. that is, you put in 5% they add an extra 10%!!
