Employer matched contributions to the State Employees Retirement Plan.
Fine, pay 6% of salary.
It is ok but I am not convinced that it will actually be there when I retire.
The company invest 6% of your salary in addition to your 6% contribution.
Automatic, takes a long time to get vested. Unlikely to be there when most people in their 20s and 30s retire.
It was okay, nothing special - very standard.
Rolls over to other employment placements
Many people work here for a second retirement!

I liked that Israel was a state plan that was transferable.
